The 2023 World Series between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Texas Rangers will kick off tonight. MLB has officially reached the final series of the season. Every fall classic is always a good one.
The Arizona Diamondbacks got to the World Series by being the No. 6 seed in the National League. On their way to the World Series, they beat the Milwaukee Brewers in the Wild Card round, then they moved on to the NLDS to face off against the Los Angeles Dodgers, finally they faced off against the Philadelphia Phillies in the NLCS. Now, they will play in the World Series today.
The Texas Rangers were the No. 5 seed in the American League. For the Rangers, their journey to the World Series started by facing the Tampa Bay Rays in the Wild Card, they then moved on to the NLDS to face the Baltimore Orioles, then they faced off against the Houston Astros in the ALCS.
Both the Texas Rangers and the Arizona Diamondbacks have great pitching and lineups. This series is primed to go 6 or 7 games. It's going to be an exciting World Series, it all starts tonight at 8:03 ET.
