Aaron Judge Continues His Way Towards a Yankee Record That Has Stood Since 1941

Yankees superstar Aaron Judge continued his on-base streak with his first-inning walk tonight. The Yankees slugger has reached base safely in 43 straight games, which is fourth most in franchise history since 1940.

  1. Joe DiMaggio 74 (1941)

  2. Derek Jeter 57 (1998-99)

  3. Alex Rodriguez 53 (2004)

  4. Aaron Judge 43 (2022-23)

Judge has been on base since August of 2022. He's picked up right where he left off last season into 2023. Judge is currently slashing .333/.419/.694 along with 4 home runs and 7 RBIs in 36 AB. Along with his impressive offensive stats, he's providing the Yankees outfield with elite defensive.

Judge is still far off from catching DiMaggio's record, set back in 1941, but if there's anyone on this Yankees club, Judge has the best odds. With Rizzo, Stanton, and Torres batting behind the captain, Judge's chances of getting on base increase.

The Yankees are currently in Cleveland where Judge's 1st-inning walk, last night, stretched his on-base streak to 43 games. Tonight, Judge will look to make it 44 games against Guardians' Hunter Gaddis. First pitch is set for 6:10 PM EST.
