Later today the Texas Rangers and the Houston Astros will officially play the very first postseason game between theses two franchises. Two teams who play some of the most fundamentally sound baseball in the sport will face off in an all-Texas ALCS.
The Astros and Rangers offenses will provide some of the most electric baseball we've seen this season. Toeing the slab for these clubs will be Texas' Jordan Montgomery and Houston' Justin Verlander. Two longtime veterans who have been studs this season.
This series will undoubtedly be must watch baseball. The questions arise, will Houston be able to continue their dynasty and win their seventh consecutive ALCS appearance?
