Cubs Promote Top Prospect to the MLB

The Chicago Cubs promoted top prospect, OF, Pete Crow-Armstrong to the MLB. Pete Crow-Armstrong first played with the New York Mets, but he was then traded to the Chicago Cubs for Javier Baez back in 2021.

Pete Crow-Armstrong is a highly talented prospect for the Cubs. He's just 21-years-old. Pete Crow Armstrong is the No. 12 prospect in all of baseball, and the Cubs No. 1 prospect.

Pete Crow-Armstrong has played in both Double-A and Triple-A this year. In Double-A, Armstrong slashed .289/.371/.527, 14 HR's, 60 RBI's, that was in 73 games. In Triple-A, he slashed .271/.350/.479, 6 HR's, 22 RBI's, and that was in 34 games.

The Cubs are currently in a race to play in October baseball. They're showing they trust their young kids to help them make sure they're playing in the playoffs this year. Pete Crow-Armstrong is going to make a big impact right away.
