The Los Angeles Dodgers resigned relief pitcher Joe Kelly to a one-year contract. The Dodgers traded for Joe Kelly last year at the trade deadline and he was a solid pickup. He had an up and down season in 2023, but overall he was a solid pitcher throughout the whole season.

Joe Kelly spent 2023 with the Chicago White Sox and the Los Angeles Dodgers. He was much better after being traded to the Dodgers. In 11 games with the Dodgers in 2023, Kelly had a 1-0 record, 1.74 ERA, 19 SO, and a 0.87 ERA.

The Dodgers are going to be very busy this off-season. This move to bring back reliever Joe Kelly is just the beginning for the Dodgers. They're expected to be in the mix for many top free agent players. The Dodgers will look to add to their rotation, lineup, and add more pieces to the bullpen.
