Miguel Cabrera Finishing Off His Career Setting More History

Miguel Cabrera is arguably the best player of this generation and he continues to prove that as he gets closer to retirement. The 40 year-old has spent 21 years in the big leagues and now sits 26th on the all-time home run leaderboard with 510 career home runs.

Miggy has been one of the most consistent and reliable hitters this game has ever seen. Compiling a career .307 average with a whopping 1868 RBI, it's been a thing of beauty to watch Cabrera over the last 21 years.

It's important to appreciate the legends in the making as Miguel Cabrera will certainly find himself in Cooperstown once eligible. Cabrera and the Tigers will not be making an appearance in October this season so it's important to applaud the last of Miggy the baseball world will see.
