The Baltimore Orioles have been a well oiled machine all season long. Currently sitting atop of the AL East with a 80-48 record, there has not been much the O's have had to worry about. Especially when it comes to closing out games. However, this is now some adversity coming the O's way.
Closer Felix Bautista has been one of the best in baseball when it comes to shutting the door in the late innings. Currently sporting a 1.48 ERA with 33 saves, Bautista has been a monster out of the bullpen.
The Orioles have placed Bautista on the IL with "some degree of injury" as the Orioles said. The injury is coming from Bautista's UCL. The hope is that Felix Bautista can make his way back as October approaches for Baltimore.
