The Rockies announced yesterday that they are bringing back veteran OF, Charlie Blackmon, to a new one-year deal worth $13 million. A familiar face in the locker room as Blackmon has spent his entire 13-year career in Colorado.

Blackmon has compiled a nice career for himself. Slashing .296/.355/.486 with 215 home runs and 749 RBI. Although Blackmon is on the tail end of his career, he's still producing at a quiet but efficient level. In 2023, Blackmon is slashing .283/.370/.451 with 8 home runs and 40 RBI.

Charlie Blackmon has been through it all with the Rockies over the last 13, soon to be 14 seasons. The highs and the many lows, he's been a constant for the Rockies franchise. Next season, he'll be back in Colorado.
