Shohei Ohtani Continues to Amaze the Baseball World

Shohei Ohtani Via The Japan Times

Everyone knows how special Shohei Ohtani is. He's unreal. Every single day we think Shohei Ohtani can't get any better, he just proves everyone wrong day in and day out. He's an outstanding baseball player.

Yesterday, Shohei Ohtani hit his 30th home run of the year, it went 493 FT. Just to put this in perspective, through 84 games this year, Shohei Ohtani has the same exact number of home runs that Aaron Judge did last year through 84 games for the Yankees. Everyone knows what Aaron Judge did last year, he broke the AL record for most home runs in a season.

Shohei Ohtani's batting numbers are outrageous. In 316 at bats, Ohtani is batting .310, 30 home runs, 67 RBI's, 11 stolen bases, and a 1.070 OPS.

Shohei Ohtani is also a stud on the bump. In 16 starts, he's 7-3, 95.1 innings pitched, 3.02 ERA, 127 strikeouts, and a 1.04 WHIP. Shohei Ohtani can truly do it all when it comes to baseball.

It's honestly unheard of what Shohei Ohtani is doing. It's not like he's not very good at it, he is very good at it. That's the most impressive part. Ohtani is set to become a free agent at the end of this year, whoever lands him, it's going to be a very big addition.
