The NL MVP Could Potentially be Decided Already

Ronald Acuña Jr. Via Just Baseball

It's not even All-Star break, and Ronald Acuña Jr. might already have the 2023 NL MVP locked up. He's been by far the best player in the National League all year, and being consistent at it. There's no one who even comes close in the National League to what Ronald Acuña Jr. is doing.

Ronald Acuña Jr's. stats have been outrageous all year. Ronald Acuña Jr. has played every game that the Braves have played, 80 games. He's batting .331, 19 home runs, 51 RBI's, .993 OPS, and a crazy 36 stolen bases.

Ronald Acuña Jr. is on pace to have a season in which he would hit at least 30 home runs, and have at least 70 stolen bases. If Ronald Acuña Jr. does that, it will be the first time in MLB history.

It's crazy to even have this debate that the NL MVP could already be decided, it's just June 29th, not even half way through the season. It just goes to show you how good Ronald Acuña Jr. has been this year.
