The Philadelphia Phillies took down the 104 win Atlanta Braves in the NLDS. The Phillies won this series 3 games to 1. The Philadelphia Phillies will now play in their second straight NLCS.

The Phillies were plain and simple the better team this series. It was an electric series, but the Phillies pulled away with the series win in the NLDS just like last year.

In game four of the series, the clinching game, the final score was 3-1. Ranger Suárez pitched for the Phillies, and once again, he came up big for the Phillies in a big spot. Ranger Suárez final line was, 5 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, and 2 SO.

The Phillies offense did what they had to do. In the clinching game, all three of the Phillies runs came on solo home runs. Nick Castellanos hit a pair of home runs, and Trea Turner also hit a home run.

With the 2023 NLCS officially being set, it'll be the Philadelphia Phillies vs. the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Phillies will have home field advantage in this years NLCS. Game one will be on Monday, with the first pitch being at 8:07 ET.
