There were many questions about how this 2023 Texas Rangers team would pan out. So far, this ball club is shutting down any and all questions about the team.

After spending close to a billion dollars to better the club the last two seasons, the Rangers are finally making that investment look like a huge success. They currently sit atop of the AL West with a record of 37-20.

Their offense has been quite the story. Players such as Marcus Semien, Corey Seager, Nate Lowe, Josh Jung, and Adolis Garcia have made huge strides in their game to contribute to the team's success. The Rangers offense ranks 2nd in OPS, 1st in AVG, and 9th in HR. This Rangers offense is scary and can be quite the wrecking ball.

Moving along onto the pitching side of things, it's just about the same story. This is where many of the questions appeared during the off-season. After inking ace, Jacob DeGrom, in this past off-season, many wondered if he was enough to put this pitching staff over the edge.

The real kicker here is the pitching staff is exceeding expectations, without Jacob DeGrom. DeGrom hasn't pitched since his April 28 start against the New York Yankees due to elbow inflammation. The rest of the staff has been holding down the fort. Ranking 3rd in ERA, tied for 2nd in W's, and tied for 4th in BAA.

This Texas Rangers team is extremely exciting to watch. Their making some real noise in the American League this season and the fans of the Rangers are finally getting a product on the field that they can get behind.
