July is upon us, but there was many good players in the month of June. Two who got awarded for there performance, winning June Player Of the Month, Ronald Acuña Jr. and Shohei Ohtani. Many would say that they're both the MVP front runner for each of there leagues.

First, Ronald Acuña Jr. was awarded his June Player Of The Month yesterday. He was absolutely outstanding the whole month of June, certainly deserved this. Acuña finished June with a .356 average, .429 OBP, and a .683 SLG, hitting nine home runs, 22 RBI's, 26 runs, and 14 steals. Helping the Braves have a 21-4 record in June.

Now for the AL Player Of The Month, Shohei Ohtani. There was pretty much no competition this month, especially by doing it on both sides of the baseball. In the month of June, Shohei hit .394, with 15 home runs, 29 RBI's, and a 1.444 OPS. Ohtani also pitched to a 3.26 ERA, 37 strikeouts, and 30 1/3 innings on the bump.
