White Sox Southpaw Wraps up Dominant Season

White Sox left-handed pitcher Garrett Crochet wrapped up his first full season as a starter yesterday against the Detroit Tigers. It was a memorable year for Crochet and a great first season as a starter. It’s a guarantee that he will continue to be a starter after this season.

Garrett Crochet was an All-Star for the first time in his career this year. Despite the White Sox struggles all season long, Crochet was certainly a bright spot in all of the disappointments with the White Sox.

There were many rumors that Garrett Crochet would be traded to a contender at the trade deadline. The White Sox decided against it and made the decision to keep him. Crochet isn’t set to be a free-agent until 2027.

Here is the final stats from Garrett Crochet’s great season:

146 IP

3.58 ERA

1.06 WHIP

209 K

12.88 K/9

Garrett Crochet will look to continue to get better each season. This is a great start as a starter. Crochet will only get better from here on out. The White Sox definitely have a good young ace in Garrett Crochet.
