The name Max Clark is one that many should start to learn. Clark is currently the best prospect to come out of Indiana since Bryan Bullington. The 18-year old is currently committed to Vanderbilt and is taking the high school baseball world by storm.
The lefty is committed to his hitting, but his pitching reaches a whopping 99-mph. Clark is currently projected to be a top-5 pick in the MLB Draft. Some evaluators say Clark has "plus-plus" hitting, which makes sense as highlight reels show how his lefty swing compiles hits at an impressive rate.
Max's defensive department is just as impressive. His speed allows him to get to fly balls at an alarming rate as he glides through the outfield. Clark is currently ranked 5th on MLB's 2023 prospect list.
Clark's scouting grades show what type of player he can be.
Hit: 60 | Power: 50 | Run: 70 | Arm: 65 | Field: 60 | Overall: 60

Max Clark has extremely high upside all while having the makings of a true 5-tool player. He shows a sweet left handed stork of the bat with a nice handle for the barrel. Max is more of a contact hitter but has some big upside for power. Currently, he's has the potential to be a 20 home run threat. With the practice he puts into his craft, there's no telling what Max Clark can accomplish.
