The Detroit Tigers Combine for a No-Hitter

Photo Via Tigers (Instagram)

Yesterday, the Detroit Tigers made history. They threw a combinded no-hitter against the Toronto Blue Jays. It took three pitchers, Matt Manning, Jason Foley, and Alex Lange. It's always a team effort when there's a no-hitter.

The Detroit Tigers beat the Toronto Blue Jays, the final score was 2-0. It all started with Matt Manning, he pitched a gem. 6.2 IP, 0 H, 0 ER, 3 BB, and 5 SO. They then handed it off to Jason Foley, he pitched 1.1 IP, 0 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, and 1 SO. Then came Alex Lange to close it, he pitched, 1 IP, 0 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 1 SO.

This was the 9th time the Detroit Tigers there any type of no-hitter. No matter the type of no-hitter. Baseball fans should never take this type of stuff for granted, because it'll always be apart of baseball history forever.
